ServiceFinder is a free online platform created solely to facilitate connections between individuals or businesses seeking services (“Clients”) and individuals offering services, skills, or labor, whether online or onsite (“Workers”). By accessing, registering, or using the ServiceFinder platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service, which shall take effect from the date stated above. ServiceFinder does not act as an employer, contractor, agent, broker, guarantor, or representative of any user, and does not participate in, control, or guarantee any service, agreement, communication, payment, or transaction conducted between users. All users agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain such accuracy at all times. All users, regardless of role, agree to use the platform lawfully, ethically, and respectfully, and shall not engage in harassment, abuse, discrimination, threats, impersonation, creation of fake accounts, posting of misleading or false information, promotion of illegal activities, or any form of fraudulent or deceptive behavior. Workers agree to offer only services that reflect their real skills, experience, and legal capacity, and to communicate service details, availability, and expectations honestly and in good faith, while Clients agree to post truthful service requests, respect Workers’ time and effort, and communicate job requirements and payment terms clearly. Users under the age of sixteen (16) are strictly prohibited from registering or using the platform, and users aged sixteen (16) to seventeen (17) may register only if they are working students and may offer online services only, subject to their ability to responsibly manage such work. Any violation of these Terms may result in account suspension, restriction, or permanent termination at the sole discretion of ServiceFinder, and all administrative decisions shall be final and binding.

ServiceFinder functions solely as a connecting platform and does not verify, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the identity, qualifications, conduct, performance, legality, or suitability of any Client or Worker. All interactions, agreements, services, payments, and transactions are conducted directly between users at their own discretion and risk, and ServiceFinder shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, dispute, injury, delay, non-performance, misrepresentation, or disagreement arising from or related to the use of the platform. Users acknowledge and agree that they are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence, verifying information, and ensuring the legality and safety of any service or transaction. If a user encounters suspected fake services, scams, fraudulent behavior, or violations of platform rules, the user must report such incidents immediately to the platform administrator, together with the reported user’s name and supporting evidence such as screenshots of conversations or transactions. During the investigation process, the reported account may be temporarily restricted or frozen, and upon confirmation of a violation, ServiceFinder reserves the right to suspend, ban, or permanently delete the account without prior notice. ServiceFinder shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform. By continuing to use ServiceFinder, you accept full responsibility for your actions and acknowledge that your use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.

ServiceFinder is a free online platform designed solely to facilitate connections between individuals or businesses seeking services (“Clients”) and individuals offering services, skills, or labor, whether online or onsite (“Workers”), and ServiceFinder does not act as an employer, contractor, agent, broker, guarantor, or representative of any user, nor does it participate in, control, or guarantee any service, transaction, payment, communication, or agreement made between users; all interactions, arrangements, and transactions are conducted directly between Clients and Workers at their own discretion and risk. By accessing, registering, or using the ServiceFinder platform, you represent and warrant that all information provided by you is true, accurate, current, and complete, and you agree to maintain and update such information as necessary. All users, regardless of role, agree to use the platform in a lawful, respectful, and ethical manner and shall not engage in harassment, abuse, discrimination, threats, coercion, impersonation, creation of fake accounts, posting of false or misleading information, promotion of illegal activities, or any form of fraud or scam. Workers agree to offer services only within the scope of their actual skills, experience, and legal ability, to communicate service details, availability, and expectations honestly, and to refrain from making false promises or misrepresentations, while Clients agree to post clear, truthful service requests, to respect the time, effort, and rights of Workers, and to communicate job requirements and payment terms in good faith. Users under the age of sixteen (16) are strictly prohibited from registering or using the platform, and users aged sixteen (16) to seventeen (17) may register only if they are working students and may offer online services only, subject to their skills and capacity to responsibly manage such work. ServiceFinder does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the identity, qualifications, background, conduct, or performance of any user, and users acknowledge that they assume full responsibility for verifying the suitability, legality, and safety of any interaction or transaction conducted through the platform. Any user who encounters suspected fake services, fraudulent activity, scams, or other violations is required to report such incidents immediately to the platform administrator, together with the username of the reported party and supporting evidence such as screenshots of conversations or transactions; during the review and investigation process, the reported account may be temporarily restricted or frozen, and upon confirmation of a violation, ServiceFinder reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, ban, or permanently delete the offending account without prior notice. ServiceFinder further reserves the right to monitor, review, remove, restrict, or disable any account, content, or activity that violates these Rules & Regulations or that may harm the integrity, safety, or reputation of the platform or its users, and all administrative decisions shall be final and binding. By completing registration and continuing to use the ServiceFinder platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Rules & Regulations, and you accept that any violation may result in account suspension, termination, or permanent removal from the platform without entitlement to compensation or reinstatement.
